Shipping policy

You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is fulfilled. Please allow up to 3 days for the tracking number to show movement. 

Crisilyne is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered by tracking. We are also not responsible for packages that are lost or not delivered due to an insufficient or incorrect address or a full mailbox. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss, or damage of these items. If the package is returned to us, you are responsible for the shipping cost to reship your item/s.
