Refund policy

We will gladly accept return or exchange any item purchased provided that it is still in new condition within 30 days of the purchased date. Any jewelry pieces that has been altered and worn is not eligible for return and exchange. The original receipt must accompany all returns. Any items that has been purchased with a credit card will be returned on the same card that was used to complete the order. Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser. Refunds are not allowed on special/custom order and/or sale items. Shipping charges are not refundable and we do not cover the shipping cost of a return.
